For industry professionals, the highlight of the annual Denver Parade of Homes is Industry Night, where builders and suppliers gather for a party to kick off the Parade. This year’s event at The Regency at Montaine in Castle Rock will include a chance to get to meet a new kind of fiber internet provider that’s rapidly gaining market share.
Fiber Fast Homes, a fiber internet provider entirely oriented to serving builders and developers on their new build communities, is a sponsor of An Affair on the Terrace, the 2022 Industry Night party, set for Thursday evening, August 11.
At a moment following the pandemic, when homebuyers are intently focused on the quality of their internet service, Fiber Fast Homes works with builders to assure their customers receive the best service—a gig up and down—from the time they move in. Fiber Fast Homes is headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida and has been expanding along the Atlantic Seaboard, Texas, and the Southeastern U.S. and have begun providing their services in Colorado.
“Wherever we’re installing, builders are telling us that their customers are more sensitive than ever to their internet package,” says Scott Sampson, CEO of Fiber Fast Homes. “In addition to the importance of entertainment, they’re focused on smart-home features like doorbells and remote-cameras, working from day one.”
An Affair on the Terrace is set for Thursday, 4 p.m.to 7 p.m. Tickets are available on the Home Builder Association’s website at hbadenver.com/events.
The annual Parade of Homes, running Thursday-Sunday from August 11-28 is a longstanding home showcase summer tradition, offering a self-guided tour of new neighborhoods up and down the Front Range.
